Laura currently lives in metro-Detroit with her husband Paul and their three mini-me’s, Alex, Elijah and Isaac. After getting a Bachelor’s in Theology and Classic History at Calvin College many moons ago, she spent the bulk of her time being a stay at home mom. But as the kids continue to venture out, so does she! Laura was lucky enough to do an internship at Hiawatha Church during their too-brief stay in Minneapolis, and since then God has been breaking down the (self-made) barriers of Scripture all around her, and it’s been her joy to help others see through the rubble of their own walls into the diamond that is the Word of God. She currently works at Target, leading her team over at Starbucks into the joys of caffeinating everyone everywhere.
