Davis is a pastor at Hope Community Church in Minneapolis. While in college Davis was invited by a friend to ride a bus to church and kept returning as one-by-one the things he thought he knew about Jesus and Christianity were flipped upside down. He would later leave his job and join up with the staff at Hope while going to seminary to earn his Master of Divinity. He is married to Emma and they have a daughter named Hazel Grace. Davis enjoys competition, renovation projects, compelling stories (written and on-screen), and watching the Green Bay Packers lose -- especially with his Wisconsinite in-laws!
